Add the option to "Cancel" a game, without deleting it.

Add an option for coach or team manager to mark a No Show for players/ duty parents who said they would attend
These stats will help the coach and TM if a family with frequent No Shows (i.e. no prior notice and no apology or valid excuse afterwards) complains about discrimination that the child isn't getting court time when he/she is there.

Recall previous day of week and time for events when posting new ones
I need to enter repeated events on the same day of the week and same time. Can you make it so that TeamStuff remembers my preferences? Would make it a lot faster to enter them.

Limit which team you receive notifications from
I can't find this in the settings or feedback/knowledge base anywhere.. but are you able to control which team notifications you want to see? For example, we have coaches that we placed on all teams so they can see stats/availability, but they receive a notification every time a player from any of those teams sets their status. Is there a way to only receive notifications/emails/pushes for a specific team, but still be able to view details from the other teams?

Add a comment to player when Rostered off
I would like to 'add comment' when I roster someone off. i.e. manager rosters someone on, off etc there is facility to include a short personal message to them.
A bit like when you accept a calendar invite in Outlook and can reply with comments.
Think it's needed for admin/managers as would enable us to man manage people better than a black and white "you're in" "you're dropped" :-) with no explanation.10 votes -
Singl schedule event on multiple team schedules
Select multiple teams when setting up events on Schedule. We have three teams in our club that practice together. I would like to set up the events one time and have it post to all three team schedules.

Add day of week controls to weekly Schedule tools
When placing events on the schedule, in addition to a start and end date, the event settings should have check boxes with
the following selections:
select all - clear all - S M T W T F S
Those controllers would then drive the cycle of dates sent to the calendar. With this we could set repeating practices M-F, or every M,W F, etc, for the next 7 weeks.1 vote -

Modify Grouped Calendar events - We can set up events in groups, ie daily or weekly, but when set up on the calendar they are individual events. Keep them as a grouped event and allow modification to either the entire group, or individual events.

Coach allowed to set up Players info on team
Allow 'team admin' to set up players info and parents info then parents can follow link to create a password and create account. I've had to many parents not setting it up right away and not putting complete info on setup. If I do it I know parents are getting reminders and the child's info is correct.

Birthday Reminder for the Coach/Manager/Club-Presindent etc.
Very simple. Reminder xx (optional setting) days before the anniversary of the member by email or push-notification.
Then the coach/manager/etc can congratulate and celebrate at the next meeting.10 votes -

managers should be able to add players without invitations, sometimes players don't have enough time to check this great tool and i as a manager want to have all my players, even if the haven't accepted the invitation so i can track their stats

Getting Teamtuff to output or interact with a spreadsheet.
Ability to output availability to a spreadsheet would be awesome! We still use a spreadsheet, but I have to copy availability to it by hand. A spreadsheet does give an instant overview of who is available when, but with Teamtuff you have to trawl through date by date.
