  2. Allow for Season Specific Rostering Limitations

    I really need the ability to set my roster limit to specific seasons. We are an athletic department and am using this to be of use for multiple different sports. Different sports don't require as many people. I would really like it if I could automatically "Roster Off" players based on the SEASON.

  3. Form Creator for Gathering Critical Registration Paperwork

    The ability to create forms and retain the information gathered is critical - waivers, medical, permissions for travel, etc - that need to be collected at registration time, when money is collected. This is a critical feature for us.

  4. How do I change season?

    My roster changes per season, some kids play fall,Winter and Spring. So option to add new season would be good.

  6. Advanced Alerting

    Be able to send alerts for one or a subset of team members.
    Be able to set expiration dates for alerts and they are automatically removed when no longer applicable.
    Be able to delete or recall alerts if you have made an error.

    Can we upload team lists and details in excel format to update main database. Also, a Team Manager and coach database list too so we can distribute to Coaching and Manager staff?

  8. Allow sub-teams which play in different games

    We have 70 players in our team, they are divided into 3 sub-teams which play games at different venues but at the same time each week. Can we set up these sub-teams?

    I would like to be able to crate a lineup / field positioning diagram where I can drag my players to the positions I want them to play in for the upcoming games.

  14. Would it be possible to change "We'll be there!" to "Available for selection" perhaps the message could be configured in a setting.

    I do not want to give players the impression that they are automatically selected for a match just by indicating "We'll be there".

    Perhaps the phrase could be configured in a setting.

  16. First-come-First-Serve / Waiting List

    First-come-first-serve system. I run a hockey league. We have 18 spots every week. Ideally the first 18 to reply get a "Yes, you are in". Next guys get "Sorry, but you are in position X on the waiting list". If first 18 drop you, next gets an email, etc. As it is we need to manually track all this and it adds some work back to a system which otherwise makes life SO EASY. Hope you are making money somehow!

  18. Need to be able to handle when a player as well as a parents registers

    At the moment, the players name appears twice if the player as well as the parent registers. or if both parents register ( as they both want to get alerts)

  19. Text messages for Belgium

    I would like to get text messages.

    Note from teamstuff

    Whilst text messages are as good as free when sent from your mobile phone - we have to send them from the back end servers. And that costs real money. So we have included text message support, but you need to buy bundles of text messages to get it. Push notifications to Android and iOS remain free.

  20. Have the option to rate a player for "Man of the match" on game day.

    When a game is completed, you allow users to rate other players, you can be anonymous. This allows managers and coaches to award trophies etc at the end of the year at presentation night.
