  1. Have an Active/Inactive player status.

    Players come and go and under the current setup we will lose player data we may need to get in touch with them to recruit in the future.

    I suggest an active/inactive status only available to coach/manager. Only active players will be included in the current season or event or communications and all others are there but inactive.

  3. Can we archive a team?

    Can we archive a team? I don't want to delete last year's team but at the same time I don't want it popping up every time I add a game asking me if I am scheduling for this year or last year's team!

  4. Respond to emails regarding problems with the App

    Why dont you respond to technical problems. I have paid to go pro and encouraged many of my parents to do the same. Messages not being recieved by parents or players. Contacted you 4 times yet nothing.

  5. Choose preferences on reminders and notifications

    I'd like to be able to choose which training sessions gets reminders or notifications so I'm not constantly sending out messages. Thanks

    I'd like to be able to add players who can't or won't join the site, so when I'm counting how many are playing a game they are included.

    Don't send automatic notifications of games to players that are rostered OFF.

    We have multiple teams that train together but might play separate fixtures. Even if a player is rostered off for one game, they still get notifications for it (this confuses the hell out of the parents and is the one downside of Teamstuff over Teamer)

  9. Provide an option to only notify rostered on players on game updates

    Sending a notification to the team on an update to a specific game should have the option to only send to players who are rostered on for that game. I'm constantly getting emails from 'AP' (alternate player) parents like "So do you need him for the game or not? I just got an update about the game you said you don't need him for!"

  10. Reminders for only chosen players.

    Send reminders of matches ONLY to the players who have been selected or who have confirmed as playing.
    Otherwise, unavailable players / non-selected players get reminders that they are due to play. This confuses the whole team who then start calling saying that they cant play....

  12. lead parent thru complete setup.

    Detailed set up for parents lead thru the steps; animated leading thru of steps like a balloon saying push here and why . Setting up notification, how to make attendance, etc...

    It should be possible to schedule more than practice or game sessions, for example parents meetings, trips and events, tournaments (more than a day)...

  15. Managing and messages to groups on the App

    I organise a 5-a-side football game twice a week. I'd like to create a team that I'm in control of, so I can add or import players on the app without them registering. Then select 10 players to for a group text message from the app, and as players get back to me I can tic or cross them. If I get a couple of no's I can select more players to contact and message.

  16. AVAILABILITY IS for Parents but SELECTION is for the Manager..

    an I make a suggestion:

    there are key concepts which overlap but which are not the same. (a) is a
    player available (b) is a player selected

    At the moment the way I am supposed to select a team is to "roster off" the
    players who I don't need. But I don't think that is quite right.

    This is because in TS there is only one status per player. It can get
    confusing if there are changes. When I pick the team, I need to show
    that a player is not selected, so I "roster them off". But then if …

  18. Polling

    As a manager, sometimes I need to know who is available for a possible tournament or find out if parents are amenable to a change to practice time/location, or find out who might be interested in off-season training/camps etc. It would be great if you could enter a poll to find out yes/no or put in dates to see if people are available or gauge their interest.

  19. Adding parent to players profile

    Is it possible for the Team Manager to add the first parent to a player's profile? I can see how to add a 2nd parent, but not the first. I have all the players & parent's details, and would like to ensure the parent(s) are added to the profile. Even asking the players to add their parents is unreliable :-(
