Support metric dates and times
Entering dates and times in US format (am/pm, mm-dd) leads to errors and misunderstandings. Please support metric ISO format for dates and times. Right now it is somewhat supported, making it even more confusing :-(

Include the duty roster and who's out on the team reminder email
Why send an additional email when you can add duties to the reminder email. Not only does it tell players who's playing and where but it could include who is doing oranges or working in the canteen. Add on who's on standby and it can be all done at the same time

Players shouldn't change attendance afterwards.
Players should not be able to change attendance after the game/training has started. If necessary, this can only be done by managers or coaches.

Registration of players, coaches & parents individually
Allow the registration of individuals by groups (players, coaches and parents/guardians) with ability to email and/or text 1, 2 or all 3 groups with the same e-mail/text; parents of teenagers need to be sure they are in the information loop which is difficult if all news goes they a teenage boy; sometimes info needs to be directed only to parents, or only to coaches or to a combination of the three groups; with both parents/guardians registering individually--it would facilitate emergency communication to both parents/guardians of a player; the registrations of all individuals should include email address and cell phone number;

Done. Two kids, two different teams, one email address. No problems. Actually did this from Day 1 – one email address can have 1 or 2 or 10 kids – and any number of teams.

Singl schedule event on multiple team schedules
Select multiple teams when setting up events on Schedule. We have three teams in our club that practice together. I would like to set up the events one time and have it post to all three team schedules.

Coach to Assistant Coach Polling/Availability
It would be nice to be able to poll just the "coaches" or "managers" to see availability for practices. The "Training" or "Games" could have a audience and a coach could select if just the coaches received the notification or the entire team. This would be nice to have a set up or coaches 10-15 minutes early to see how many would be there to help out with practice.

--How many teammates could you accommodate in your car?

Accommodate for other sports - e.g.: Life Saving where they complete in an age group (team) as athletes not players?
Change several of fields to accommodate other sport to utilise the app. Could add additional options / drop down so you can select more options / sports. For example #1 Game, Competition, Event #2 Players, Athlete

Assigning Duties outside of Team
It would be helpful if we could assign duties to individuals not on a that team ... We have talked about this one... :-) I understand the e-mail issue but maybe it would be possible to add that option if the criteria is set that an indidual must be in the Club's Database in order to be assigned... As an example: all of my players are in the Club (Roadrunners) ... That means that all of them, whether they play U-12 or U-18, they are in our Database... so ... Allow Invitees to see Club Event Attendees
Currently the only person who can view RSVPs for club events is the creator and only by downloading a CSV. It'd be nice to have it some everyone can look at who is attending.

Payment types come in all forms...cash, MO, checks, etc. Be able to track the type of payment being made and record a note such as check number

Allow multiple people to be assigned to one duty
We have duties such as the BBQ, Setup & pack down which requires the allocation of more than one person/family. Currently the duty roster only allows one email per field. Need to be able to add multiple emails to one field

Substitute function for players
Allow players on a team the ability to nominate or temporarily invite a substitute that they themselves arrange by perhaps generating a temporary link (coach decides how long sub passes are valid in settings) giving a substitute limited or temporary access to game information in order to give attendance (being labeled as a sub) and get directions, etc.
This will also encourage more players to use TeamStuff with their other teams and consequently even continue to sub or even become a permanent member of original team.
