Can we archive a team?
Can we archive a team? I don't want to delete last year's team but at the same time I don't want it popping up every time I add a game asking me if I am scheduling for this year or last year's team!
Thanks for creating a great tool for free!!

I agree with Ben - this would be particularly useful for kid teams. I'm currently able to archive my season at the end but keep the historical data. Then I just create a new season, select the players that are still playing and add new players as needed. It's a pretty clean system.

This would be really useful, especially for kids' teams. I manage a couple of teams within a larger club; it would be helpful to archive teams from previous years so this year's teams are at the top of my list. With up to 4 teams per age group, players move so much between squads from year to year that it has caused problems trying to use the same TeamStuff team from one year to the next.

This would be huge for me too. I use the tool for quick tournaments with "special" rosters. Would like to keep track of teams, not delete them, but "retire" them so I can review later.

I may need to remove a player for a season. It would be cool to retire the player for the season instead of deleting him/her as if they never existed. After the season, the player can be readded.

Ability to mark a team as "inactive" so they don't show up in the menu on mobile devices. It's nice to be able to keep the team info for future reference, but not have them active.

This would also allow you to temporarily "activate" a substitute player for 1 or 2 games mid-season and keep substitutes in a reserve pool of "inactive" players

There are several conditions that I want to remove a player from a team for a season (or part of a season), knowing they will come back. I have encountered this with players "taking a season off", "injured reserve", "going abroad for a semester of study", "lack of payment", "will miss first half of season", etc.
Would like an "Inactive Status" where the player does not get team notices (or gets an "Inactive" notice), does not show up in the attendance tracking, and for all intents and purposes is not part of the team. When rejoining the team, the team manager sets the "Inactive" status to "Active".
