It would be helpful if we could assign duties to individuals not on a that team ... We have talked about this one... :-) I understand the e-mail issue but maybe it would be possible to add that option if the criteria is set that an indidual must be in the Club's Database in order to be assigned... As an example: all of my players are in the Club (Roadrunners) ... That means that all of them, whether they play U-12 or U-18, they are in our Database... so ... Let's say my U-14 has a game... if I could pick a Scorekeeper from the Roadrunners or the U-12 in the Duties Template then my task would be accomplished... It would probably mean that I could not use the option of "Let TeamStuff assign the Duties" for that Team but that's okay... because it doesn#t fill the need anyway in that generally when a team (U-16 for example has a game at 12:00 ... and the U-14 Players have the duties of Scorekeeper and Timer... because they have the next game at 14:00 ... I then have the far more complicated Task of assigning duties by writing in .... "Scorekeeper (12:00)" so that that U-14 Player knows that he has that assignment... It is then further complicated if the U-14 don't have a home game that day... Then it gets really tricky...
