Coach needs to have control of changing payment amounts once entered. This page is an accounting format for team funds but has no means of making corrections. This page becomes useless after a mistake is made. Modification is absolutely necessary.

I cannot agree with you more on this! I now have a player reflecting they do not owe anything when they still do, so it is now entirely out of balance with the cash available. Fortunately we do not do credit card payments, yikes!
