Respond to emails regarding problems with the App
Why dont you respond to technical problems. I have paid to go pro and encouraged many of my parents to do the same. Messages not being recieved by parents or players. Contacted you 4 times yet nothing.
My club is having BIG issues with the app and they are wanting to ditch you guys and go to another app.
Please help as I do not want to move and have to start my Club's set up all over again.
a couple months ago your email invites to join teams and share access were disappearing into the great black internet hole.
After many many many attempts to gain support with no response, the issue seemed to magically right itself.
HOWEVER, since then and for the last month to two months there has been a SERIOUS lag in message and game/training update notifications..... I'm talking like up to 48-72 hours after a message or update is sent the notification and email message finally pops up. Kind of defeats the purpose of the whole "instant" messaging thing don't you think?
I've worked around this by asking all my players NOT to rely on notifications and to actively go into the app to check activity and alerts for any messages or updates and have also asked my Coaches and Managers to send emails where possible.
NOW however it seems we are back to team invites disappearing into the ether.
This is so incredibly frustrating and I am at my wits end with 21 teams all messaging, emailing and calling me about their growing frustration with the app.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ACTUALLY RESPOND AND GET THESE ISSUES IRONED OUT BEFORE I HAVE A FULL CLUB MUTINY TO DEAL WITH.
FYI - I was going to upgrade all my coaches, managers and admins to pro status (approxiamtely 100 people) but have held off on this because of these issues.
Come on guys - it's been a brilliant app and i have used it for the last four or five years now but this is just getting ridiculous and we can't run our club this way.
I need some action or we are going to have to look elsewhere for our team management.

emails being blocked AGAIN...what is going on .... Game changed last wednesday ...sent a message through the app to the team ....Just received 5 days later AFTER the game by three days ....

It appears that the votes may have woken the TeamStuff support team from their 3 month hibernation and the email notification may be working again...
The ACN of the company to join the ACCC action is 114 592 362 . Collecting fees and not providing a service is fraud.
How can i know when my son will play ...his coach says he is sending me message but I not get them ....help me please
I agree, how can a team system that can't send notifications be a functioning tool. I suggest using TeamSnap

I have the same problem. You can't reset passwords either as the notification system is clearly not working. Cant share children's calendars with relatives. Cant invite new members to a team unless you do it by phone ... There is clearly a major bug with notifications
Strangely enough... there is no bug with their payment gateway !!!
As the season starts this weekend, and I need notifications, I think Ill move the team, club, association to TeamSnap

I too started having this issue since Set 18th. I have reported this on 4 occassions and have received no response. After my third contact several old messages began to get delivered via email to parents which was very confusing for parents and then stopped again on Sept 20th. This is our 3rd year with TeamStuff and this is killing our communication with parents and players.
