Filed a complaint to ACCC to get everyone who paid Pro this year a refund
As a key piece of functionality is clearly broken, the system is not performing as advertised and therefore refunds should be given to everyone who has upgraded this year.
Services that have been sold (after 2011) come with AUTOMATIC CONSUMER GUARANTEES that protect us all.
Perhaps responding to, and fixing, the Major Default in system functionality would perhaps be a preferable option to a major refund event.
