Allow team members to upload and share photos
I would like to be able to take photos or pick photos from my mobile phone and add them to the team. Other parents or team members could then see photos from the game.
Thanks for suggesting the ‘photo feature’, at Teamstuff we are always trying to improve the platform and ‘photos’ is an awesome addition. It’s been a long time coming – but as the feature is nearly ready for release, we thought we would reach out to our supporters for help with the final testing.
At the moment ‘photos’ is only in pre-release on the ‘web’, don’t fear you iOS & android users – not to far away either..
How can you help
Step 1 : Log into teamstuff.com from your browser
Step 2 : Navigate to photos.teamstuff.com
Step 3: Start uploading your team photos.
At this stage we have a user limit in place of 25 photo uploads, but in the next couple of months we plan to dramatically increase that limit for TSPro users.
So login, give it a try – if it’s great or not quite right let us know, as we would love real user feedback. If all goes to plan, we expect to release the feature to the rest of the world over the next couple of weeks.
Again, thanks for the awesome suggestion – and even more thanks if you help us with our final testing :-)

I've posted photos, can see them in the upload section and I go to click on them but the screen goes blank with the 'thinking' icon and then nothing occurs - really frustrating given I an a Pro user and the team photographer. No response from Teamstuff after sending a direct email to contact us.

However, even on TSPro, only retains last three months uploaded photos... please add this to the instructions, as last years photos are now lost....

How do I (manager) make the photos I uploaded viewable for the players and coaches. Currently only I can see them

All it needs to allow is for URL's pasted on the Portal to remain in URL format (on the Portal as well as in push messages and the pin/message wall). Then you can paste links to where the photos/videos reside.

Also, these could be YouTube links etc, so no hosting of the actual files on your servers would be needed!

Want to post pictures and videos of a game.
For coach, that would be to review. To parents, it is to show exciting moments ! -

Need attendance on Coachs, assitant coachs and managers.... Reason : one of the coaching staff is required but the rest is optional.

Perhaps on the training page too, so you can post the training plan for the specific day in advance.
Doesnt need to be hosted on the site itself but a working link to any online storage would be perfectly fine :) -

Is there a release date for photo sharing on this site? We're debating between teamstuff and shutterfly to host our team sites for our volleyball club but sharing photos is a big priority for the parents... any insight?

I would like to see the ability to add photo and small video clips to the active game.

Sounds like a great idea, but the storage costs might be prohibitive in a free app.
