Team documents available on TeamStuff
Provide an area where team documents can be stored. This would be a place where parents could get the documents.
For our team, we had a registration form, medical form, and concussion form.
Okay, just released the ability to manage team documents & external links using the web www.teamstuff.com.
Keep you eyes open in the next couple of weeks for mobile support. Android devices can now view/download team documents
Great idea but 'where' are these forms housed?

Can you please advise me on how to delete specific resources that were previously added, that I now no longer need?
Excellent addition! Looking forward to being able to retrieve them on iOS.
This would be a game changer for our club. Please add this functionality (or at the least, provide an area to clearly link important docs for each team).

File-Upload for important files like training rules and other informations.

This would be so helpful. It would be great to be able to attach a document to a club message or even upload to a training session on the calendar. We provide bike routes with route slips to our team and as of now we're not able to send it out via club messages.

I like the tick box idea. If we could integrate registration/safety form signing into the app, it would save a lot of headaches every season.
Also allows to post up playoff brackets

This is a great idea. We also have a constitution, safeguarding policy etc. It would also be great to have an agreement tick box (that is customisable) to that we can get parent to agree to clubs various policy's on sign up.
This would let the parents know in advance the game schedule when this is in progress, just having the dates (no time & location).

A documents tab to be able to upload documents
Allow for attachments. For example, we have a roster for a match day marshall. An easily accessible attachment to a document that outlines the expectations of the marshall role would be great. either at the club level or for smaller setups the team level

This would allow me to just use this site, rather than go back to gmail to give updates to parents.

To have access to picture of passport or other useful documents for each players. It could be place at each players or at one place. It could be good too for Club's forms that each players has to complète as Healhy form, etc.
This would allow more information (like the scheule of games in a festival) to be shared in advance with parents and players.

We have to keep player registration documents with photos etc. It would be a big help to be able to store them her and then review each year
It would be great to have a place to store info for new parents to register and download forms. An additional feature my be to track who has returned forms (much like the attendance feature in TeamStuff) and who has paid fees.
Document tracking. A major piece of managing a team of any sport, is documentation. Being able to see who has handed specific pieces in and being able to remind others would be a terrific addition.
Document upload for PDFs - game rules, game venues, parent handbook etc.
