lead parent thru complete setup.
Detailed set up for parents lead thru the steps; animated leading thru of steps like a balloon saying push here and why . Setting up notification, how to make attendance, etc...

On the way. We’ve significantly changed the way you join teams for mobile, so this should be easier in the near future.

Getting players to invite their parents is impossible. I have been asking them, sending out email with step by step directions etc. So now I have 50 players registered and only have contact information for about 20% of the players.
These are girls ages 14-18, it is to confusing to them. I think the main reason is that they only use their phone and the mobile app does not allow you to invite your parent. They have to go to the web and most forget about it or only remember when they have their phone.
Something needs to be done to allow the coach or admin to invite the parent to join their players account.

Just set up a new team. Getting all parents successfully registered without kid duplication was huge PITA. Teamstuff's abilities are elegant, but confusing for newbs. Suggest allowing manager to populate initial roster starting with kid, then known parents by e-mail. Teamstuff generates changeable password and sends e-mail to parent(s), who need only accept to join/register. Thereafter, parents or coach could invite incremental users per the current method. Teaching parents the current 'reverse Polish' method is maddening.
