Tweak "Out of Action" feature

Can the "Out of Action" feature be tweaked a little:
- allow the coach/manager to set a player's status as Out of Action
- allow this status to be set on a per team basis, rather than across everything

    Would be VERY helpfull as some of my players are lazy in doing themselves.
    I now must manually hange their availability for every event....
