Managers/coaches attendance

Give managers/coaches also the opportunity to show their attendance at training sessions/games.

    I have a rotating roster where the group practices and does everything together except games. Come game day we split into two teams. Each team will get one coach. It would be helpful to add the coach to the attend for that game so my coaches know which of the two games he/she will be coaching.

    Excellent update especially for those coaches having to juggle job/evening practices. Also allows for other coaches to know if they are on their own and need to enlist help or cancel the practice altogether
