I agree! This would be nice to have as a separate calendar entry.

A kind of Leaguestuff-tool would be awesome :)

Great Idea, I think also would be great to have the option to record each score during tournament and place.

Add game type, Friendly, League, Cup

Absolutely! This is a great idea. For soccer, we know the days for a tournament, but the final game schedule isn't set until sometimes only a week beforehand.

Please allow us to add a new type of calendar event for tournaments. It should be able to span multiple days and not require a specific time. This is to help parents remember to reserve the weekend of the tournament prior to the tournament schedule being released.

I run administration for a baseball league and a soccer league, using two different platforms (Sports NGIN and Blue Sombrero). Those platforms are great at three things: 1) registration/financial management, 2) team rostering (integrated with registration info) and 3) scheduling practices and games based on fields and teams.
All league-management platforms I know of claim to have features to support intra-team collaboration and communication, but they're terrible in comparison to Teamstuff's capabilities.
BTW, all platforms I know of also provide methods for capturing game statistics, but they're all terrible in comparison to GameChanger (at least where Baseball is concerned).
I'm one of those word-of-mouth advocates the 2015 blog mentions. I love Teamstuff.
I would love it even more if there was a way to export rosters and schedules from the leading league-management platforms, and import scoring results from scoring tools like Gamechanger.
Your challenge, Teamstuff, is that the leading league management platforms are slowly improving their collaboration and communications capabilities. They now suck less than they did two years ago. You're still way ahead, but eventually they may get to 'good enough', and then you're going to have a problem unless you can replace them (hard) or integrate with them (easier).
Good luck!

Being able to organize tournaments or championships, allowing to register teams, games and scores.
This could be for a small tournament, example 4 teams in a system of all play all. Or a big championship were you could set the championship teams, and register the games dates and can add results. The real team management would be done only for your team. -

I would like to see a feature that you can insert Tournament dates on the calendar to block the dates. As you know most tournament schedules are not out until the week before the tournament. It would be nice to be able to enter it as an entire tournament over the course of the few days for planning /calendar blocking purposes. I currently enter it as a game but this doesn't show as it should on a calendar

I would like to see the ability to add other events other than games and training. Such as multiple day tournaments. Tournament schedules are usually not available until shortly before the start of the tournament so I am unable to add individual games at the time the team is registered for the tournament. I still want to notify the team of details ahead of time, especially of the tournament is out-of-town. I would like to have the ability to add team social events, tournaments, association events. There is more to a team than just practices and games.

I just add a "game" for the days in question and out a bite details tbd. That way it's on people's calendars.

Festival or Tournament Feature would be brilliant, as an event organiser I could then sent the link for the festival or tournament to teams or clubs and have them set up as a team/club and confirm their attendance and keep the festival goers manager informed at each stage. I run a lot of school events and currently use email format then transfer all details to excel to know who is attending, but this would mean I could use my mobile. also adding a tournament schedule based on those confirmed via the app would be amazing and easy for anyone using the service.

Is there a way to schedule a tournament, ie to indicate the days when the tournament is on, even if the specific game times are not yet known?

The next step forward for clubstuff might be a html box so that you can keep up with how you're doing in a league or how other squads in your club are doing.

This would be very valuable! Right now, there is no way of putting an upcoming tournament into the calendar for parents to view since the actual game schedule doesn't come out until very close to the tournament. The parents need to see the tournament in the calendar before we know the exact schedule though so they remember to reserve the weekend for the tournament.

This site may require a fee ;-) -

just wanted to say this issue came up for me again last week from parents on my team. I did not have game time confirmation until late Wednesday for a Saturday game and parents were already making other plans because no game was listed on schedule.

Has this been added yet? Such a good feature to let the players know we have a game but its TBD on time.....
