Hello, I've just set up an account and am adding players. I see that you cannot add players' names only a contact email. For parents with more than one child if I try to add the email again (for the second child) I get a message saying "This member is already invited to join the team." How can I add brothers and sisters with the same contact email?

Stephanie, The concept to remember is that the basis of a youth team is the family unit (not the individual player). So the primary contact is the parent. To add multiple siblings, all you need to do is send out invitations to the same family email address for each player. Alternately, the parent can set up multiple siblings when they accept the invitation. When accepting, they need to be sure to identify that set up as a player, not the parent. For the multiple teams, remember you are a club. Within your club, you can set up as many teams as you need. Now that you have multiple teams, if the player is already a member you can share (or move) them to another team. They can be on as many teams as needed. You don't have to send out a new invitation. We also use new "teams" for subgroups, ie, offense, defense, etc. Hope this helps.

So incredibly frustrating, I thought this was a pro feature, paid my money and still nothing. I have kids in a netball team I manage who can’t join as their sibling’s team is already using the app for their soccer team!!! How do we fix this?!

You say it's done but how do I do it? I have two children on different team... I went to add my second child to my existing account and now only one see one name... And both accounts are mixed together... How can I separate them and see then both?
