weekly overview via mail
A great feature I saw in another team mangement app was the following:
Every Sunday the parents/players get an automatic email with an overview of all the events of the coming week.I think this would be a great feature, because many parents don't look into the calendar all the time and if their notifications are set to "2 days before the event" this leads to short notice cancellations.

Additional Team Official
Can you please add an option for Team Safety Official.
Hockey teams usually have coaches, manager and a safety official. I cannot add our team safety official to the team contacts because Teamstuff only gives me an option of manager/coach.

Can you please let us add mobile phone numbers for the parents?
I have asked some parents repeatedly to add their mobile number and either they can't be bothered or forget to. When there is a last minute change I have to to scramble around searching for their mobile number to send them a text. It would be so much easier if we can add this ourselves.

Using the same information for multiple teams
I am running a group of 4 teams in an age group. I would like to be able to populate information across all team eg Training plan for the odd occasion when they are in the same location. So I need to be able to select multiple teams when I create a plan or add a game

allow different color dots for each childs schedule
would like to see the dot color different for each child's games and practices so at a glance of the calendar we know which child has the game or if it is both.

be able to sort (or show) calendar events by type. For example show only games and list them below, or show only practices and list them below. And add a way to easily print only games or only practice schedules. (also being able to forward a calendar event to any email address for example a grandparent or family friend)

Have a calendar pop uo when the coach creates a new match or training schedule. That way, we can check the schedule and plan for other things.

The automatic game attendance reminder should be performed at the coach level, not at the player level. I wish, as a coach, I could set this reminder automatically according to the schedule, instead of connecting and then clicking every time OR the automatic game attendance reminder coach setup should overwrite all the team player setup. (Most of my players have the reminder set D-1 so I have to manually send the reminder at D-3).

Currently in the app and on the website only my tasks are shown. Can you show the other assigned tasks, split in two sections: My Tasks, Other tasks.

Create a weekly quick answer survey (similar to TinyPulse) to track anonymous player happiness over time. This might be more of a Coachstuff tool...but nonetheless...

streamline a feature for adding games
allow team manager to add multiple games at one time to one location instead of entering each game separately and having to keep entering the venue each time. Similar to how easy it was to enter peoples email all at once to set up the team.

Combination parent roster schedule for multiple age groups and/or multiple teams within age group.
A centralised document showing all the required duties for the day, and allowing separate team managers to add their parents' names, and see what gaps remain to be filled. If there are gaps, maybe it could automatically notify someone who is assigned as the schedule administrator. Additionally, each parent who is on the roster should be entered with mobile phone details, and would then receive SMS notifications at specific intervals leading up to the game, including first thing that morning.
