How do I modify my personal details?
( these steps apply to both the apps and the website )
1. OK, firstly login to the website or to the app.
2. Navigate to the profiles section. This shows you and your children.
3. Expand the 'me' profile, if it's not already expanded.
4. There are a number of sections under your profile - About contains basic information such as your name - the contact information is the place for phone numbers and other contact details.
5. In any case, you'll want to look for a pencil icon - that's our 'edit' function right across the application. On the website you'll find that towards the left ; on the app it's towards the right.
6. Change details as required, hit save.
And you're done.
