An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedThis may be one of the most important enhancement requests....
A lot of our parents stopped looking at the alerts/reminders/messages (including those triggered when editing/cancelling matches/Trainings) as they Claim there are way too many such notifications irrelevant for them - namely when their player is set to 'not coming' or rostered-off.
Once our audience stops looking at those Messages, the organisation is bound to fail hence this should rather be viewed as a bug that has potential to create damage at the 'client' frontend. Thank you for a soon remedy on this shortfall -

An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedWorkaround: set her up as player, use prefix AA so she 'll show on top of the list always.
I agree though, ever since pro is out, development does not meet my expectation. Top priority should be not to post chance messages to players that are not coming or rostered off. Parents have stopped reading alerts as often not relevant for them. Consecutively they miss alerts when relevant 😞Patrick supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedAll it needs to allow is for URL's pasted on the Portal to remain in URL format (on the Portal as well as in push messages and the pin/message wall). Then you can paste links to where the league Information resides.

An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedHeya, I capture the schedules manually and thereby did not encounter the prompt you mention
An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedcurrently my workaround is to set a dummy event for non-current seasons as to achieve their last first date falls behind the last first date of the season that is meant to be current

An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedThat comment should obviously be pasted in the notifiction to the player and not be visible to other players. Besides, currently (at least when using German language) the text in the nofitication does not even include the exact date of the match in question and there are ortographical mistakes in the text.

An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedI should highlight that I am assuming the URL would be clickable in the message as well as in the 'special instructions' field captured against an event (match & training)
An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedan easy enhancement but very powerful as it allows the user to link in other tools (eg google Drive for pictures, video, tournament schedules and, and, and). Hence from my pov this is the most useful enhancement request of all logged ideas.

An error occurred while saving the comment Patrick commentedthis will definetly make the software more userfriendly. saving the parents time to access the calendar increases chances they timely react (respond with attendance to changed schedules)
