Hi TomJones, I am new to TeamStuff and switched because of the rostered off feature which I need for my teams. I'm still getting familiar with the program but from what I understand, the different status are:
1. Coming
2. Unknown
3. Not Coming
4. Rostered OffWhere parents can only access options 1/2/3 (no access to the grey rostered off feature) but admin can access 1/2/3/4.
I haven't started games yet on the system so I could be wrong?

Would be helpful to be able to access emails sent to the team through TeamStuff rather than to search through email program for the emails.

As the manager of the team, this would reduce the number of emails I get from parents asking questions on how to do things on the set-up, addition email accounts, notifications, player info. If I can go in and set-up the basics, then I know it is done right for the player from the start. I don't want to know that things weren't set-up properly when a game or practice was missed due to incorrect parent settings.

This is beneficial in so many ways...for players that are rostered on/off of a game...or if you need to follow-up with just specific parents on a matter like outstanding fees... the manager/coach can just communicate to those who are affected and not have to email the entire group with unnecessary information. As it stands now, instead of communicating through TeamStuff to specific members of the team, we have to go back to using outside email programs.

I have a rotating roster where the group practices and does everything together except games. Come game day we split into two teams. Each team will get one coach. It would be helpful to add the coach to the attend for that game so my coaches know which of the two games he/she will be coaching.
