    We’re actively investigating texting options right now.

    So – we have implemented quietly for the US and also Australia. Roll out to Germany and UK in the next week or so.

    Have a look under your account settings – at the minute it’s a choice for the user, and yes it’s a paid choice ( since the text messages cost us real money to send out ).

    There is an option to text players after you send a message. In the list of players who did not read it (actually did not hit the got it button) you can click on a player. You then get 3 options either can call, text or email them. This works only in the mobile app from the alerts tab. It will default the text from the message. @teamstuff: would be nice to have a text all or mail all, now you have to text/mail per player.

    Still agree with Tony that it would be nice to have the option to start with sending text messages in the first place rather than in-app messages. At least here in the Netherlands having a cellular data plan is not yet commodity for teenagers.
