    This is big. Basically, before every game or practice (trainings), players would recieve a push to answer yes/no to attendance and a reason why if they won't attend. Big red/green buttons.

    In addition, just because they "say" they will attend, doesn't mean that they actually attended. Would like to see some sort of follow-up or a way for the coach at the practice to track who actually attended v. who said they attended.
