  2. Roster On versus Roster Off

    we have 35 girls but do not have set teams. It would be so much better if when you created games, nobody was rostered, and you rostered people on versus rostering people off. You could create a button "Check all" if you want everyone rostered. It takes forever to set up each team and parents get confused and frustrated because they get all of these your child has been rostered off this game" emails which then causes them to email managers and coaches because they believe they are rostered off more than they are playing. This could all be resolved…

  3. Setting duties for whole season before the games are scheduled

    I'm the team manager of a basketball team and at the beginning of each season (which runs for 2 terms) I do a roster for scoring duty so the parents can know their commitment well in advance. Usually the first 6 (say) games of the season are set on a week-to-week basis as the teams are being graded and moved around etc. So we usually don't know the game details until 3 days before the game, which is quite late to alert the parents about scoring duty.

    I'd like to be able to put the full roster of scoring duties…

  4. weekly sub per training tracking

    id like to be able to collect cash payments like sub from players every training session to help pay for use of in door facilities. Currently i record on a spread sheet but would be great if it was part off the app along as attendance records..

  6. Make win-draw-loss format user configurable

    Different sports & geographies need to display win-draw-loss in a different order. For example, in North American hockey, we use a win-loss-draw format.

  10. Allow to update attendance records by other manager/coach/deputy

    Allow manager/coach and/or a (pre-configured) deputy to maintain attendance marks for other team members for future training events. This is to cover updates to attendance marks sent to coach e.g. by phone calls, email or SMS (I know, this should be obsolete with Teamstuff :-) but nevertheless will happen in real life).

    When games and training are posted the dates should appear in numerical order no matter what order they were entered in.

  13. Add fans to a team

    Possibility to link fans to the team so they can stay informed and are updated about events for the team. As a fan they should perhaps even have the possibility to indicate their presence.

    It would be great if you add a feature, that allows us to sort players by position in calendar and player overview. Would be much easier for Position coaches to organize and get a look on their Players

  15. Please put text above your graphical icons in your 'team menu'

    It can be difficult to find what you need. For example, when you click on your team, there is an icon-only menu of things to do, but no titles informing me what they are. I realise if I hover the mouse it will give me a title in a speech bubble, but it is slow and when you are in a hurry this can be frustrating and annoying for people who are not computer savvy. Please put text on your 'team menu' (ie. About, Contact, Players, Games, etc.) It took me forever to figure out how to send a message…

  16. User defined terminology to match the sport or activity

    Allow the manager of team to edit some of the terminology used, to match the sport or activity the app is being used for; terms like 'Players', 'Team', and 'Game' For example, in rowing, Team=Crew, Game=Regatta. Or if you use TeamStuff to organise a Brass Band, Team=Band, Game=Concert, etc. Then the app and emails would make more sense to the users.

  18. Sending General reminders

    I would like to see a reminder section. Just like collect payments. To use for example. I need pictures for player books from certain players. I could set up a remind and be able to track it. Basically the same set up as collect payments but with out money. Thanks

  19. Scan barcode or use PIN to sign in for attendance

    Include an option to require attendance sign in to keep better track of who attended. It would also be a slick way to take attendance of players loading the bus for traveling teams.
