Change the way transaction fees are charged. Take transaction fees off subs paid rather than adding them.
Our Subs break down into
Full Subs : £170
2nd Sibling Subs : ££127.50
Coaches Child Subs : £85
However, when setting up the subs in Teamstuff I had to by trial and error, determine what the amount we needed to charge so that the parent only paid £170(or their respective subs) including the transaction fees.
The club are very happy to pay the transaction fees but these should be taken off the full subs, and not added on. Then we could very easily just specify the subs. Instead now we have to specify the subs (i.e. £170) and then charge and different amount (£164.80) and in fact the parent get billed a third amount (£169.97).
It just seems a completely illogical way to go about things.
If we charged £170, and the transaction fees were just taken from that amount, then everyone would be happy and it would make life a LOT easier when determining the subs we had to charge.

From 13th Jan 2018, in the UK (and I think the EU) we won't be able to include a surcharge for paying by credit card. We will need to make the total charge for paying by credit card (stripe) or other means (like cash) identical. As a club, we are happy to pay the small stripe fee (and Teamstuff revenue!), but this will be difficult unless you subtract it from the amount that is actually paid, rather than add it on. Unfortunately, this will mean that we have to abandon the stripe facility.
