  2. allow ad hoc inviting of other teams (within the same club) players to games/practices/events.

    If a player plays and/or practices regularly w/ several teams within same club (say JV and Freshman teams), he must be added to both, getting unnecesary overload of info, reminders, etc. This is especially inconvenient, if the teams practice together anyway - the player gets double the reminders for the same practice events...
    Allowing the coach (maybe with some sort of approval by other team coach) to invite players from other teams of the same club just for one event/series of events would be really convenient.

  4. several persons for the same duty

    It would be helpful to have the possibility for several persons to volunteer to one duty. The required/maximum number could be set by the admin. It would avoid to have to create several times the same duty. E.g. We require 3 persons to mark the pitch, thus the admin would setup the number to 3 and when 3 person have voluneered, that duty can not be selected by other players/non players

    I'd like a quick register function that enables me to track attendance more accurately across multiple teams, training sessions and matches that also allows me to report via csv or excel

  8. Offer more payment options

    We want to use your payment system for club events but some events need a tiered payment option and not a fixed fee eg a club movie night where you can buy just a ticket, or a ticket plus a drink, or multiple tickets. Enable a selection of amounts and also a option for someone to add their own amount.

  11. Better top level messaging platform

    After using this app for a few tournaments, it works great, the only thing that is way behind is the messaging. Communication, and often instant communication, is a huge part of the team experience. The messaging needs to be a top level item with its own interface, with unread count displayed, and needs the ability of interaction, beyond "got it".
    Wherever you see the message you need to be able to respond to the message. It shouldn't be buried a few clicks deep within the team area.

  18. only attending events should be in ics calendar

    the ics calendar contains all entries (attending, rostered off, declined). The ICS should contain only the events for which we are attending (or maybe).

    Alternative would be to allow selection through schedule settings to have a "personalized" calendar.

  19. Payments not easy for members

    Im having issues with my team not being able to pay. App is not easy for them, are there instructions somewhere to follow so I can send out to them. I would also like an instruction manual on how to use the app, I find a lot of the information tells me what it can do, but doesnt show me how to do it.

    We have just ONE TEAM that only plays tournaments six times a year, I just want to have them see the six weekends a year so they can tick their availability, along with a payment tab…

  20. Duty transfer options

    allow the manager to assign ordered list of people for that games duty. First person is it and their name is highlighted, but person 1 says no, then it transfers to person 2 with a notification, etc, as they should be half expecting it. If they say no, the next person or a message to the team like, No one is doing duty X this week.
