use name instead of email to add members to a team
Currently on TeamStuff, members can only be added to a team using their email. This is not easy to find someones email.
The functionality to add people to a team should also allow to search using the name when the member is already part of the Club.3 votesThis functionality is already available using people search in clubs.teamtstuff.com

Communication within a team
Communications are usually from coach to parents but a lot of communications between parents and volunteers are required. There should be a Facebook-like interface for posting messages, photos and chatting. Seems simple but probably extremely complex to manage and implement. Thanks1 Keep up the good work!
1 votewe already have team level messaging available for TSPro users

Add a real time chat capability vice just notifications
Currently only email/text notifications can be sent. Which is helpful when making last minute changes or making an announcement. A real time chat room that also provides for private chat to speak with team mates, parents, coaches would eliminate the need to use other chat apps on top of coachesstuff.com and the teamstuff app.

Limit the pop ups for “Go Pro” option
This app is frustratingly inefficient for the occasional user. The Pop ups in the App pretty much occur at each screen, with a forced time delay on closing them.
Since I am a men’s Rec league player, with games maybe once or twice per month, and only use the app to check if I am assigned hydration duty - there is not any need to upgrade to a paid subscription. Having the app constantly holding for me to choose the upgrade option results in a very low rating from me.1 vote -
you can choose if you want to upgrade for yourself or you want to upgrade the whole team

Send game details to opposition manager
when creating new games, have the option to send the game details to the oppoisition manager via email. This should include the basics like date, time, location (including map), court/field, special instructions. This would also promote the use of Teamstuff to other teams.
1 voteThis can already done, by navigating to a game & ‘sharing’ a the details on a mobile..

ability to add people to a team from the club team view.
Currently when in ClubStuff, viewing a team and its players, only possible action is to remove players from the team. This view should also allow to add members to the teams. This would be much more efficient than looking up people 1 by 1 in the People section and add them individually to the teams.
In teamstuff it would also be usefull to be able to add people with an existing account instead of requiring the email address...
As manager I might not know the email that a specific user used to sign up to teamstuff. Less experienced users could…3 votesclubstuff already allows people to be added to team

Reduce Activity screen/page clutter on iOS mobile app
The Activity screen that opens on the iOS app is too full. Seems almost all activities are logged there and it just creates noise for parents/players, not useful info. Why not default to unread messages or schedule/calendar? Every time I (as coach) edit a practice, game, roster on/off, transfer players, share etc - it's logged there in (not terribly useful) detail and any useful info gets lost.
Parents and kids complain that, while TeamStuff keeps them wonderfully informed, sometimes the various notifications are overkill. I think the Activity screen is overkill (especially as the default screen on opening the app).5 votesFeature released on Android to allow TSPro members to choose the default landing page for mobile. iOS functionailty will be in next release

Email for just coaches in TeamStuff
Just as you have the magic email for clubs, can this be available at the team level? I'm the manager of a team with 3 other coaches and want to just email them using a distribution list like I can to all the players.
1 votein clubs you can already do this by creating groups of team/teams – each group also has magic emails. So add your team and use the ‘group’ email just coaches.

allow Coach or Manager to add photo
I can update a player's shirt number or name but I can't add photo. As a Coach/Manager for team we should be allowed to add photo of our players.
1 votecoach/manager can already add / update the players photo – as long as the player/parent has not already uploaded one using the player card.

Reporting and Player information extracts
Be able to export all the Club player details in one go as opposed to by each team.
Also, create a player registration number field instead of using the notes field.
