  1. Add Private message to coach in Attendance Comment

    For privacy reasons a player who wants to decline a training or game may not wish to use the Attendance Comment as it can be viewed by all players, parents, etc. It would be great if the option is available to send a message to the coach instead of posting the Attendance Comment

  2. Sending General reminders

    I would like to see a reminder section. Just like collect payments. To use for example. I need pictures for player books from certain players. I could set up a remind and be able to track it. Basically the same set up as collect payments but with out money. Thanks

  3. Please put text above your graphical icons in your 'team menu'

    It can be difficult to find what you need. For example, when you click on your team, there is an icon-only menu of things to do, but no titles informing me what they are. I realise if I hover the mouse it will give me a title in a speech bubble, but it is slow and when you are in a hurry this can be frustrating and annoying for people who are not computer savvy. Please put text on your 'team menu' (ie. About, Contact, Players, Games, etc.) It took me forever to figure out how to send a message…

  4. weekly sub per training tracking

    id like to be able to collect cash payments like sub from players every training session to help pay for use of in door facilities. Currently i record on a spread sheet but would be great if it was part off the app along as attendance records..

  5. Opt out of reminders for specific teams even though Manager of those teams

    As a manager of a team it would be nice to be able to disable notifications for specific reminders for individual teams. So I might be manager of 10 teams, but I only care about getting reminders/updates for 1 or 2 teams (as there are other managers for those other teams). Currently by being a manager/coach of a team I am automatically notified about upcoming matches etc even though I could be considered an assistant manager of the other teams.

  6. Remember Opposition Team Names

    I would be very useful when adding a game if the system remembered previous opposition teams entered. In most of the competitions we play in we play the same team more than once.
    Not only would this speed adding games but also ensure greater data accuracy which would assist Coachstuff with working out that you have played the team before (which is a great feature but doesn’t always seem to work)

  7. Status Stopp

    Einen 'festen Zeitpunkt wählen, ab dem kein Spieler mehr Zu- bzw. Absagen kann. Das heißt man kann z. B. nur bis 1 Tag vor Training seinen Status noch ändern.

  8. Shared Training Session with 2 teams

    I need a function to share or to create a training that could be shared to multiple teams.

    In this manner, maybe some other types of gathering could be done for everyone.

  9. Reverse payments

    Hi - Is there a way for the manager to pay a player? Can we record those transactions as well? I can only see a way for players to pay the manager or coach. but some times, a player pays for something which needs to compensated by the coach.

  10. Editing recurring series

    Need to be able to easily edit or delete a recurring series of events - having to modify/cancel each one individually is really frustrating. Thank you.

  11. Create 'Add to Team' button for members who are 'Parents'

    In clubs.teamstuff there is an 'Add to a Team' button when you click on a player, manager, coach or fan. It's a real time saver. The button is missing if you click on a parent. Can it be added please.

  13. Ability to transfer/share players on mobile

    Currently I can only transfer players on desktop. When I'm out and about I'd like to be able to transfer players as I have various grades within one club and the team depends upon grade selection

  14. Provide integration to MyNetball & other similar systems

    I know this is kind of local, but since you guys are based in Melbourne I thought it would be worth suggesting.

    I'd like our netball club to use teamstuff across the board, but one of the points of friction is keeping the fixtures up to date. Our fixtures come from the Vic Netball Association site my.netball.com.au.

    It would be brilliant if you could get together with VNA to integrate TS to mynetball so that fixtures could be automatically synced up.

    There are literally hundreds of netball clubs and thousands of teams in Vic so it might really drive adoption.

  17. Allow coaches/admins to have the ability to NOT allow parents/players the view the Activity list.

    I often spend hours slightly tweaking rugby fixtures, which quickly fills up the "Activities" screen. It would be nice to have the option to block parents/players from viewing this section. BTW, this is an INCREDIBLE app - priceless in terms of parents being able to communicate their son's availability for matches. Well done to the developers!

  19. Multiple chat windows for different subjects with the team.

    If you have multiple chat rooms for teams you can post the teams line up in a certain chat, talk about an upcoming events, fundraising and plenty more rather than having it all in one chat and building up.

  20. Child accounts can be coaches as well

    It would be great if you could make it so that kids can be coaches too because otherwise kids either have to have two different accounts to coach and one for playing or they have to login as a player in the team and then they can't change the details. It also means that when I'm coaching a team and I'm playing in another one that my parents can't get the information as well or share a calendar and then I just ghav to make an adult account to join as a coach but they can't see what I'm doing…
