Add an alert/notification when somebody volunteers for a duty
I am using TeamStuff for a league that has many teams on it. It would be great to get an alert whenever somebody volunteers. Right now, having to go through each game to check if anyone volunteered to manage the game clock is a bit tedious. I know that there is an "assign" option, but I would like to know how many volunteers we already have before assigning parents with the dreaded clock!

Plugin functionality for other development platforms
Great to see that Teamstuff has a plugin for WordPress to integrate across all channels.
I'm currently going through the process of rebuilding the club website and would like to integrate the Teamstuff plugin on each of the team's pages.
Slight flaw in that I'm using Wix to develop it! Any plans to produce a Wix plugin?3 votes -

In the calender of upcomming stuff it only says date and opponent. Where is PLACE, TIME and AVAILABILITY ..!

Default rosters for different sessions (e.g. training, season game,...)
We have a big roster for our training, but just a part of them ara allowed to play a match in the season.
This is why we need to add trainings, where everybody is on the roster and matches, where just this selection should automatically be on the roster.3 votes -
Attach duties to games club-wide
Home games often come with duties directly related to the game (keep track of scoring; referees etc); it would be great if for any game of a club any club-member could be assigned (or even volunteer) for game related duties.
By extension, it should be possible for anyone in the club (who is looking into the game details) to see who has signed up for which duty!3 votes -
Make win-draw-loss format user configurable
Different sports & geographies need to display win-draw-loss in a different order. For example, in North American hockey, we use a win-loss-draw format.

Dropdown menu to create Game, Team Events ...
Dropdown menu to choose:
Game, Training, Team Event, Important Meeting.
So I can easily crate appointments with the correct fields to fill in and my team knows what to expect / how mad i will be if they don't show up : )3 votes -
TBC for Kick off Time
Can you please add the option to set a "TBC" option for the kick off time when creating a game. Reason being is not even though I know what date the games we are playing are, I do not know the kick off time until a week beforehand (Under 7 level).

add teamevents to calendar
Hello. The app is fantastic but it would be nicer, if I could add teamevents beside trainings and games to the calendar. It isn't the same like 'club events', because we make also events only for the team and not for the whole club. Another important idea are simple surveys. Please let me know when you will implement this features or if you have any questions to me.

automatically assign confirmed players on an event to a team
I believe this is something many other sports also could benefit from. I would like to option on an event so that a players is automatically assign to a team (forgive my english, its not my first language). We use Teamstuff for Ice Hockey and on a regular training we divide the confirmed group into two teams. Instead of doing this on the rink I would love to be able to do this in advance so every player already is wearing the correct jersey on their way out to the ice. There is already other apps that do this, but…

Reminder emails/Notifications - need a link to the site/calendar.
Currently, they appear as just text and dont provide site access. So if a player sees a game on April 20th, they can't directly update their attendance. They would need to go and find the site and then the calendar on the site. Thanks

Allow individual managers/coaches to say how often they want to receive alerts in the same team
Our coach doesn't want his reminders constantly but the manager needs to know when things change. It would be nice if individual managers/coaches on the same team could personalise how many alerts/notifications they get as individuals. So coach only hears if someone drops out but manager gets everything or vice versa. Currently all coaches managers on the same team have the same frqeuency of alerts/notifications.

Add address field & Ambulance cover Y/N under Players Medical Details
Under medical details remove Doctors field and replace it with 2 extra fields. Players address and Ambulance cover. I do need to know if a player has Ambulance cover and at times their address is required but I can't see a need to know their Doctors name or number.

'Parent Only' Club Events
We run a kids team. Some club events are specifically for parents only (social events, AGM, etc). It would be good if they could be selected as a target group (as you do now with whole club, coaches, managers and groups), and the invitations made specifically to them.

Have an email receipt sent when payment is received/completed.
When a person makes a cash payment they would automatically be sent a confirmation email.
I haven't setup Stripe yet and assume the receipt is emailed as a Stripe transaction directly from Stripe? Or is there no email sent when Stripe payment is made as well?
Anyway, it'd be nice to have.
Even if it wasn't automatically sent it'd be nice to have the option from the transactions tab.

Invites that get sent out after you upload the team roster.
The ability to add players to a team to create a team without sending an invite to a team. Its nice to set up the format of a team 1st, and then have the ability to send the invite once the team is created.

Golf
Allow for adding team golf rounds or golf tournaments without specifying an opponent. So the 'opponent' or 'vs' section should be optional.
