Hide declined games in your calendar, only keep showing games if the presence is unknown or confirmed
If I decline for an upcoming game, this game stays in the calendar which is confusing. It would be better to hide these games in the agenda of the persons who declined.

New status on game or training session
When we plan a game or a training session we have 3 different kinds of status (Yse, No , ?) . It should be useful to have also an "undefined"... so i can set this status as default and i can really know which players will be at. the event , which players will not be and which are in doubt.

Schedule sub-items on menu
On left side menu, change the sub-items, under schedule, to "Training", "Games", "Other", and show each sub-item's respective upcoming events when clicked.

Ability to transfer coaches and managers
you can transfer player to another team except coaches or manager, they must be invited to the team.

Shared views
Shared Directorship (multiple Directors) or Allow the director to give access rights to other heach coaches to see other team (within their community) for Sharing players

game attendees only messaging
Allow messaging to some or all of the attendees to a specific game (not just messaging to the whole team - eg if 2 attendees are tagged only those 2 will get the message, if all attendees are tagged (or all attendees left untagged), all attendees will receive the message being sent, but team non attendees for that game will not receive that message.)

It is nice if opponent info can be added. It is good to remember who they are for the next time facing them again.

Aplication - Android
Back Buton in smatphone, make allways exit aplication. I think is better, coming to initial screem, and if the aplication is in initial screen, then the back buton, make exit aplication.

Long term player development
I think coachstuff asset is the link with teamstuff. Fos us coaches, the software could include a way to follow the history of the players year after year. Making a link between season could be great.

line breaks in messages
When writing a message to the team, line breaks show in the app/notifications. However, the email that gets sent does not show the line breaks, so its all run together as one paragraph. Please add the line breaks in the emails

Filter Mass Delete by Training Session Name
Hi!
How about adding better functionality to the mass delete training function.
In particular, the feature to be able to filter on a session name, rather than just all trainings within a date range?

Change status of player when selected
Be able to ‘set’ or ‘confirm’ teams from available players and change their status accordingly.

Add payment creation at group level i.e. juniors
We need to be able to create payments at a club or group level - creating at a team level only means I have to be a manager for every team and player duplication means they may get charged twice!

RSVP limit and Wait List
For certain sports, like dragonboat, there is a limit on training RSVP as the number of seats is fixed.
We found that the limit can be specified in Game but not Training. Please consider to add RSVP limit + waiting list to Training for the next Teamstuff enhancement. It is pretty critical for us :)

Coach/Manager can add initial parent email
Allow Coaches and Managers to add the first parent email, not just additional parent emails. For some reason, the system does not allow Coaches and Managers to add the initial parent to the program. Relying on kids to do this is iffy at best.

Block Players from recording attendance but allow Coaches to use as record
Allow setting that removes player ability to record attendance but still allows Coaches/Managers to use this feature as way to record attendance after the game/training session is over.

Hourly layout for schedule
Im a visual person. I like to see my whole schedule with breaks. If the schedule was listed with hourly slots I could quickly see how long my breaks between games are as well. As a parent I need to not only get kids to the right place on time but factor in food, down time and travel time too.

Change „Arrival time“ to „Meetup time“
In addition to the start time, an arrival time can be entered. However for away games where we carpool, the description should be „Meetup time“ - and it would be helpful to be able to assign a designated meetup location!
