    I agree. Our coach doesn't want his reminders constantly but the manager needs to know when things change. It would be nice if individual managers/coaches on the same team could personalise how many alerts/notifications they get as individuals. So coach only hears if someone drops out but manager gets everything or vice versa. Currently all coaches managers on the same team have the same frqeuency of alerts/notifications.
