+3 for this problem, We really need a solution to reduce the admin work. Changing the status from rostered off everytime when there is vacancy below the limit can be pain in the ass. I think when the number of people who are in the "coming" status drops below the limit, the system should automatically set the other players to unknown status so they could choose if they want to attend.
