Delete training sessions/games from the app. Seems only possible from the web. Often last middle cancellations happen when on the go.
Android app already has this ability.
iOS app on way in near future.57 votes
It would be great if Alerts had the option to also send to email. Not everyone has smart phones yet, or if they do aren’t fully comfortable with Apps, so if when sending an Alert you could also check send via email then we wouldn’t have to type out an alert and then copy/paste it into an email.0 votes
Hi Tess ; we already do this! So when you send an alert – we will send to people’s phone if they have teamstuff app, but if they don’t we will already send it to their email address instead. So everyone will get the alert.
Need an app for BlackBerry phones.9 votes
Well. We thought we’d never achieve it – but we’ve just released teamstuff onto the blackberry platform. Thanks Rob for helping to remind us to change with the times! ;-)
OK – good time to clarify what we’ve done – we’ve uploaded our Android teamstuff app to the Amazon app store, which then makes it available to Blackberry devices that can access the Amazon app store.
And whilst we support teamstuff on android native, we can’t be responsible for bugs on the Blackberry version that are caused by the emulation software used by Blackberry.
But the good news is – haven’t found any yet!
Enjoy Blackberry users!

Creating ‘Club Events’ using clubs.teamstuff.com, events also appear in your alerts/calendar in teamstuff.com – early in July will get ‘Club Event’ visibilty on the mobile (iOS/Android) visibility
Mirror functionality of website in mobile app. I would like to be able to create and edit sessions/games, invite players, etc...4 votes
We’ve just pushed out the latest release for iOS and Android – you can now add/edit games and training across the entire mobile platform.
I’ve created another idea which relates to add/edit teams on mobile ( which BTW we are working on now ). So I’m going to close this one – to indicate we’ve finished the create/edit sessions/games; if you want to add your votes/support the other idea – look for edit / add team details on mobile.
Create a stats section to record goals scored, assists, player performance stats (eg coach's player of the season and players' player of the season such as 3-2-1 points per game). Attendance stats for training and games. Even time played stats to allow for equitable roster game time.76 votes
And we’re done. For those waiting for stats ; checkout coachstuff.com ; companion service for coaches to teamstuff.
Ability to make a player highlighted as injured in the team list and the length of time out and automatically make them not available for games on the calendar during that period.9 votes
Just released. You’ll find an ‘out of action’ section under a player’s profile, in the medical information. Can set it with start/end and a reason why you’re out of action. Great idea ; hope that’s what you were looking for!
I'm doing this in a Google Docs spreadsheet now. Would be good to have it all right here. it would be a list of supplies or duties that all of the team can see and they could sign themselves up for whatever they want and everyone can see who is responsible for what in real-time. A cool feature would be automated reminders like "remember to bring the pop-up canopy to Saturday's game" etc. But just a list would be great. there is a site called signupgenius.com that does this already and you can make one on google docs but we don't want to have to log into to many different sites.

We’ve now completed this feature. So the way it works in teamstuff is that coach/manager can set up the duties on each game ( including templates for home/away games ), and you can allow your team to assign themselves to the duties they want. So they can select a game / duty and say ‘we will do that’. Nice feature – and thanks all for providing some thoughts/ideas and support to make it happen.
The app sends a manager or coach an alert for changes made within 24 hours of event, game, or practice. Maybe have the option to change the alert window from 24 hours to something more or less.14 votes
This is done. Under game settings there is a late change alert, and you can define how long ‘late change’ is.
As a coach i want to know, why a player can't make it to a game or practice.107 votes
Hi all – This is finally done across the entire set of tools. Web + Android was done a whiles back – and we just ( early June ) got the iOS version out that contains it. So attendance comments are now fully functional across web, droid and iOS.
At THE moment i share my calender with my wife. With the teamstuff calender this is not possible. If i can share the calender, she knows when i am playing, even when the schdule changes3 votes
You can do this right now with the iCalendar feed. Your partner can also subscribe to this feed and see all your games!
As a coach, I want to forward all the details for a game / practice directly from Teamstuff, so that I don't have to copy & paste bits and pieces manually.
- Email format just like a reminder
- Add multiple recipients
- User experience similar to reminders
- Can be done via mobile, as well as website1 vote
Mobile devices now support the ability to ‘share’ games & training session.. Select the ‘share’ icon – top right in the games/training detail page.
