  1. Data Exchange

    Data import
    Standard file format to automatically create players, teams, managers etc. Organisations generally have other applications that we need register players etc. be could if we could get this data in as a starting point.

    Reports
    Whilst we try and keep it live in using the app sometimes (example grading) love to have a report capability

    This may already be available - just cannot find it!

  2. Allow parents to take a task.

    Abillity to assign a task to myself as a parent without needing to pass through a manager or coach to do it.

    For example, the coach or manager define the tasks and then parents can assign them to themselves. (e.g., snack duty)

  3. Groups within a team

    Our team has players that just train. It would be great to have a separate group within the team rather than setting up a new 'training' team. The reason is that match details would only go out to the squad rather than everyone. It still rocks tho!

  4. Have the option to rate a player for "Man of the match" on game day.

    When a game is completed, you allow users to rate other players, you can be anonymous. This allows managers and coaches to award trophies etc at the end of the year at presentation night.

    Done. Two kids, two different teams, one email address. No problems. Actually did this from Day 1 – one email address can have 1 or 2 or 10 kids – and any number of teams.

    team email should be accessible to everyone within all who have emails on the team.

  7. Multi-Team Duty Template

    Duties Template...I made a template for duties for one of my teams. All teams will have similar duties when they have games. Is it possible to somehow use /copy/clone...whatever this template instead of typing each item in a separate template on each team's page

  9. Edit / add team details on mobile

    It would be great to be able to change the players in the team ( edit the team ) or create whole new teams directly from the mobile application.

    Would be nice if teamstuff provided homepage template for teams to have a home page. So we could upload pics and results, put in our own colours and share the link to team members and friends

  12. Develop "Add Event" icon or FamilyStuff

    Develop an Icon labeled "Add an Event". One that families could use after creating a 'Team' for their family. One that would populate their calendars and send notifications at either the time of the event or give options to push notify/remind at times earlier. 1hr, 2 hr, 1 day, etc.

  13. Review of message prior to sending

    Could you please set up a way of seeing a whole message prior to sending . Very hard to pick up errors scrolling across the singe line.

  14. Can you please let us add mobile phone numbers for the parents?

    I have asked some parents repeatedly to add their mobile number and either they can't be bothered or forget to. When there is a last minute change I have to to scramble around searching for their mobile number to send them a text. It would be so much easier if we can add this ourselves.

  15. you make your website easier to use

    I am trying to sign up for duties -- bring snack/drinks, but I can't seem to find it on the web page. I find your website very confusing and difficult to use. Hopefully you will make it easier for parents in the future.

  17. Integrate GroupMe for "texting" or group notifications.

    GroupMe has a great interface to allow for two way communication for a group. They have a great API.

    The easiest initial implementation would be to send messages to a bot that can be created for a group. To send a message to the group you do a POST to:

    https://api.groupme.com/v3/bots/post

    Body: {"text" : "Your message here", "bot_id" : "{YourBotId}"}

    The message then appears under the bots name in the group and thus does not confuse anyone as to the source or whom to reply to.

    GroupMe users have the choice to receive via text or push message but that's…

    You can see the dat of the latest change when a player changed is status, for me it would be great to be able to see time as well

    Make it simpler to join. It is extremely confusing and you end up creating a team not joining one!
