  2. Filed a complaint to ACCC to get everyone who paid Pro this year a refund

    As a key piece of functionality is clearly broken, the system is not performing as advertised and therefore refunds should be given to everyone who has upgraded this year.

    Services that have been sold (after 2011) come with AUTOMATIC CONSUMER GUARANTEES that protect us all.

    Perhaps responding to, and fixing, the Major Default in system functionality would perhaps be a preferable option to a major refund event.

  4. Respond to emails regarding problems with the App

    Why dont you respond to technical problems. I have paid to go pro and encouraged many of my parents to do the same. Messages not being recieved by parents or players. Contacted you 4 times yet nothing.

  6. This site is dead: photo upload is broken

    Can't upload photos for kids anymore. No response from the support team.
    I have a pro account, i don't mind paying for software but I do mind when it's not supported. Anybody know an alternative?

  10. Fix the app it keeps crashing

    Using iPhone X and system keeps crashing no response from them when you email, may have to leave this system as platform is not working for many with iPhones!

  15. Calendar update through Pro version

    It would be great that the calendar would be updated as soon as there’s a change in Teamstuff. I’ve deleted training and I’ve changed training date but the old meetings remains in my calendar and the new one isn’t there.

  16. New season should keep all the same configuration from the previous season

    When I create a new season, that would be great if the system keeps the same configuration as the previous season (notification reminders, unknown status...). Thanks
