Able to edit team, game and training information from app. Being able to do everything on the app that you can do on your computer.1 vote
We’re working our way through this at the minute. Just got add/ update games and trainings onto the mobile platform.
This idea is pretty big ( do everything mobile ) and it’s easiest if we have smaller ideas ( e.g. add team mobile ) that we can prioritise and work out which one is the most important. So I’m going to close this one down – already added a ‘edit / add game idea’ – and we’re already working on it.
We definitely agree that mobile needs more update/ edit stuff – so we’re working on it – question is the order – which one is the best feature to release next.
I would like to add photos of the players if parents do not add them1 vote
can already do this.. check out this article http://feedback.teamstuff.com/knowledgebase/articles/687150-know-thy-team
We run 3 junior teams who all have different events however it would be nice if we could share the resources and photo areas amongst all 3 teams.1 vote
if your teams belong to clubs.teamstuff.com – you can share club resources across all teams.
Could consideration be made to expand the stats section to including 1. Goal assists , 2. Shots on goals, 3. Passes, 4. Opposition Goals stopped. Perhaps considerhaving basic stats section as you have now and expanded section for anyone that wants/sees the merit in using this feature.1 vote
checkout the following article on how to create your own custom stats in coachstuff. http://feedback.teamstuff.com/knowledgebase/articles/430464-how-do-i-add-a-calculated-statistic
Ability to print / export a list of players and their photos to Excel please1 vote
Ability to export players information into a CSV using clubs.teamstuff.com
I'd like to add my team logo to the top of the page.1 vote
You can already add your team logo to the team – hover over the ‘shadow heads’ logo for your team. You can then upload a logo.
when creating new games, have the option to send the game details to the oppoisition manager via email. This should include the basics like date, time, location (including map), court/field, special instructions. This would also promote the use of Teamstuff to other teams.1 vote
This can already done, by navigating to a game & ‘sharing’ a the details on a mobile..
Would be good for when players click the red cross to notify that they can not play for there to be an option to give a reason for nonattendance (i.e. work, sick, injured)1 vote
We have attendance comments for coming and not coming. So this is a great spot to add reason for not coming.
Allow integration for users to easily add new Teamstuff events to Outlook 365 / Google Calendars / Mac Calendars

As a coach, I want to forward all the details for a game / practice directly from Teamstuff, so that I don't have to copy & paste bits and pieces manually.
- Email format just like a reminder
- Add multiple recipients
- User experience similar to reminders
- Can be done via mobile, as well as website1 vote
Mobile devices now support the ability to ‘share’ games & training session.. Select the ‘share’ icon – top right in the games/training detail page.
Just as you have the magic email for clubs, can this be available at the team level? I'm the manager of a team with 3 other coaches and want to just email them using a distribution list like I can to all the players.1 vote
in clubs you can already do this by creating groups of team/teams – each group also has magic emails. So add your team and use the ‘group’ email just coaches.
What would be nice is to be able to link this to your calendar on the iphone or android so that I can post updates and it will reflect in my calender.
This app is frustratingly inefficient for the occasional user. The Pop ups in the App pretty much occur at each screen, with a forced time delay on closing them.
Since I am a men’s Rec league player, with games maybe once or twice per month, and only use the app to check if I am assigned hydration duty - there is not any need to upgrade to a paid subscription. Having the app constantly holding for me to choose the upgrade option results in a very low rating from me.1 vote
Implement customizable limits for sign-in (e.g. max. 16 sign-ins for match; max. 1 Goalkeeper sign-in, max. 3 Strikers, ...)1 vote
PARTIALLY COMPLETED : Can only setup/maintain player limits on teamstuff.com web site.
The Club should have an option to publish the calendars of all the teams it includes. Same as what exists at the team level.1 vote
clubs.teamstuff.com already publishes a whole Club Fixtures & Results Page
I’m going to close this one down as we do now have text capability in States, with Canada, Germany, Australia and UK to follow very soon. If none of this works for you – please add the idea back as ‘texting for France’ or wherever you need it.
Payment tracking for managers to track which players have paid their dues and who owes what for tournaments, etc...1 vote
Finally, finally, finally : done.
A little bit bigger than we first expected. But it’s finally out now on Android and iOS. Web to follow in a month or so.
Can track payments in cash, and players / parents can make online payments direct to your stripe.com account.
Thanks for your patience – now done!
I'd like to be able to add another person as manager.1 vote
We already do this. Jump on web – edit the team details to add a new coach/ manager.
- Don't see your idea?
