Automatic game attendance reminder
Send out automatic attendance reminders. Let the manager / coach create a team setting (e.g. 3 days before a game) and Teamstuff does the rest.
4 votesHi all. Done and done.
Teamstuff send out automatic game reminders based on the schedule set by the users.
The coach / manager can then ‘add more pressure’ to the players by reminding them with single click – those that haven’t responded get lots of messages. Works beautifully – I know because I use it all the time!

Sharing Player contact information.
Add an "Address" field and a "Privacy" option to Profile so that the individual Player/Parent can elect to reveal their contact details to the rest of their team, whereas at present only the Coach and Manager can view them. This will greatly facilitate communication, and eliminate the need to keep adding and removing players as contacts in phones.

Allow Push Notifications to re-route to SMS If user does not have a smartphone or they have a windows phone,
Players and Parents that do not have a smartphone or they have a windows phone need away to get notifications. Can't you just re-route a notification to SMS and only send to players that do not have an IOS or Android phone? We live in the Pacific Nortwest, Microsoft and Google world. I do not want to have to send out a push notification and then send out an SMS, to time consuming and possible to leave people out. This way we do not get charged a fee to text all recipients and only get charged for the ones that…
3 votesSound like you are asking for something Teamstuff already supports – SMS notifications.

ability to add people to a team from the club team view.
Currently when in ClubStuff, viewing a team and its players, only possible action is to remove players from the team. This view should also allow to add members to the teams. This would be much more efficient than looking up people 1 by 1 in the People section and add them individually to the teams.
In teamstuff it would also be usefull to be able to add people with an existing account instead of requiring the email address...
As manager I might not know the email that a specific user used to sign up to teamstuff. Less experienced users could…3 votesclubstuff already allows people to be added to team
