Attendance stats
Training attendance statistics
1 voteWe have comprehensively nailed this one off. It’s called coachstuff.com – our partner site ( that we also produce ). It’s got lots of stats – including training or game attendance stats, notes on players, games and opposition if you want them.

team events, not game/practice related
also, you need to have a third option, that being team events...not all events are practice or game time...
and what about event photos...there is no place for them.
thank you

Attendance stats
Coachstuff looks great but for me it's quite useless right now. Would be great to have stats on Training/Games Attendance which can be generated automaticly.
Some thoughts on this:
1. Trainer/Manager wouldn't have to enter anything to get these stats (data is already in your database).
2. Attendance should only be possible to change by Trainer after the Training/Game has started (otherwise players can pimp their stats)
3. Own stats should be available to the players (players use to think they almost attend every training but far to less games, which in most cases isn't true)7 votesCoachstuff does indeed have game and training stats ‘baked’ into the statistics it generates. These stats already generate off the attendance records from teamstuff.
We’re likely to add a way to make the private stats from coachstuff available to the team. Thanks

Schedule improvement
Add Special Events (meeting-BBQ-party-trips...)
Sharing events with other teams or add a Club calendar (i.e: season opening party => U6-U8-U10-U12-U14-U16-U18 : we've to copy&paste an event in seven different teams)
Add other "time" fields (i.e: match start at 15.00 but all the players must arrive in clubhouse at 14.00)

Manager should also be able have the coach role
Not all teams have separate person for Manager and Coach roles. In fact many people here probably are just Team captains and so are really the Manager, Coach and a Player at the same time.
You just created coachstuff.com and it only works for coaches. This is a mistake if Managers cannot also be "coaches". For instance I can't use it at all right now.

App Edits
Able to edit team, game and training information from app. Being able to do everything on the app that you can do on your computer.
1 voteHi all,
We’re working our way through this at the minute. Just got add/ update games and trainings onto the mobile platform.
This idea is pretty big ( do everything mobile ) and it’s easiest if we have smaller ideas ( e.g. add team mobile ) that we can prioritise and work out which one is the most important. So I’m going to close this one down – already added a ‘edit / add game idea’ – and we’re already working on it.
We definitely agree that mobile needs more update/ edit stuff – so we’re working on it – question is the order – which one is the best feature to release next.
Thanks
Adam

If would be nice to be able to delete or modify all training sessions or games after they have been planned on the schedule, instead of having to delete one by one.

Allow coaches to link emails by kid.
I have 2-3 emails for most kids so some kids are showing up twice, and I cannot modify it. Now it looks like I have more players than I actually do and messes up my attendance count, which was the main reason I signed up for teamstuff instead of teamsnap.
6 votesHi all,
We agree and this is already implemented in teamstuff.
Each player should be in the team inside teamstuff only once – invite them in using a single email.
After they’re set up with one parent/ one child – they can then manage their own email / parent setups. Or – you as the manager can too.
